Michelle has spent 20 years designing integrated communications campaigns for government, statutory authorities and the private sector.

Her work has spanned many industries, with clients including Acciona Energy, Alstom, Education Services Australia, headspace, Dementia Australia, Melbourne Writers Festival, various superannuation funds and the legal sector. She has a particular focus on member-based organisations.   

From commissioning research through to messaging, branding, media strategy and stakeholder engagement, Michelle works with clients to develop effective communication.

Michelle also leads CPR’s Issues Management practice, advising clients on how to best respond to difficult issues.

Michelle was previously a senior journalist with News Ltd where she covered the rounds of industrial relations, education and politics.

She is part of Domestic Violence Victoria’s EVA Media Action Group.
