* To register as an Emerging Leader you are required to attend the full Emerging Leaders program. You must also be an employee of a customer owned banking institution or a confirmed COBA 2018 sponsor or exhibitor, and you must be 35 years of age or under at 31 December 2018.
** An Exhibitor pass allows access to the Exhibition only. It does not entitle attendance to any of the Convention Business Sessions.
Group Registration Discount
If your organisation registers more than 5 delegates, the sixth and additional delegates will be entitled to a $50 discount per registration at the applicable above rate. Note: access to the exhibition halls is only for those individuals registered as a delegate, emerging leader, sponsor, and exhibitor or holding a valid social event ticket. Security will not allow access to the exhibition if you are not displaying a Convention name tag.
Note: COBA will be taking photos of the Convention and associated events. By registering for the Convention or purchasing additional tickets for social events you are providing authority for COBA to use these images in future publications and communications.
Note: Exhibitor and sponsor registrations are only available to confirmed COBA 2018 sponsoring or exhibiting organisations.
Method of Payment
– Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms.
– No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.
– Payment can be made by the following methods:

Please note, if you elect to pay by Credit Card a 1% surcharge is applicable for all Visa, MasterCard and American Expression cards and will be added to the total amount.

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations received in writing by Wednesday 12 September 2018, will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after Wednesday 12 September 2018 will receive NO refund. A replacement delegate can be sent with no penalty charged but must be advised to the Convention Secretariat in writing.
